The location is good very close to restaurants as well as shops, bars, and the rooms are spacious. Curiositeas Vintage Tea Room, serving treats and drinks is 200 metres away. There's kitchen, so you can cook breakfast freely.

The local touches in the decor added a charming ambiance to the place. Despite being located between two roads, it was surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect, with convenient access to all the local amenities and the nearby Fife coastal path. We appreciated having a store right next door for any essentials we needed, and the vegan cafe in Rodger Street was a bonus. The Bank Hotel/Restaurant also impressed us. Plus, it only took us 15 minutes to reach St Andrews!
We had a bit of trouble with the TV, but it wasn't a big issue for us.

Loved the comfortable accommodation and the amazing location. The apartment had everything we needed for a romantic escape, including all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the proximity to the restaurants and bars, perfect for a cozy dinner or a night out. Being able to take romantic strolls along the cliffs and harbor was a major highlight of our stay.
It was dark, uneven, and cluttered with bins and bags. The lack of proper lighting made it even more challenging to navigate, especially at night.

As business travelers, we loved the convenient location close to local amenities and the peacefulness despite being between two roads. the nearby store was handy for last-minute essentials, and the vegan cafe on Rodger street was a great find. the well-presented home had excellent kitchen facilities and a thoughtful touch of biscuits and hot drinks. the quality of the soft furnishings, crockery, and toiletries was top-notch. We appreciated the wide range of books and DVDs, especially the little travel guides, which we ended up ordering for ourselves. the hosts, Kenny and Gillian, were welcoming and helpful. a lovely, cozy apartment that we would definitely recommend.
Felt at home, no complaint.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy flat, just moments away from the beach in a lovely seaside town. The owners even decorated it for Christmas, adding a special touch to our holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of games and books to enjoy. I highly recommend this place!

I loved the local touches in the decor, it gave the place a unique and personal feel. the location was surprisingly quiet, despite being situated between two roads. It was very convenient to have all the local amenities nearby, including a store next door for essentials like milk. the fact that there was a grassy area at the school for my dog to run on in the morning was a great bonus. the accommodation itself was of excellent quality - everything I could possibly need was provided and it was clear that the owners had put a lot of effort into maintaining a high standard. the owners were also very kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out later. Plus, being just 15 minutes away from St Andrews was a big plus.
Felt right at home instantly, no complaints whatsoever.

The accommodation was excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, allowing us to cook our own meals. The location was ideal, with easy access to local amenities and the nearby coastal path. We also appreciated the little touches, like the books and DVD collection, which provided entertainment during our stay.
The television in our room didn't work, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it would have been nice to be able to relax and watch some shows.

This apartment is perfectly located for adventurous souls like myself who enjoy hiking and cycling. The private entrance was a nice touch, and I was entertained by the DVDs in the dining area. Who needs Discovery Point when you have all this?
Towels available? How thoughtful!
